Shipping Information:

• We offer shipping services to nearly all parts of India.
• Orders placed with BuGBee Toys will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, except on Sundays and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges:

• For orders below Rs. 699 (excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes, or value reduced after applying coupons or any other offers), a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 will apply at all locations.
• Orders equal to or above Rs. 699 (excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes, or value reduced after applying coupons or any other offers) may be eligible for free shipping at certain locations. Additional shipping charges may apply to other areas.
• The shipping charge per product can be calculated by entering your pin code details on the product pages. The total shipping charge for your order will be the sum of charges for all chargeable products in your order, plus Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 699.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of product returns or order cancellations.

Convenience Charges:

• BuGBee Toys may apply convenience charges on specific orders based on factors such as product types, pin codes, or shipment size.
• The convenience charge is not related to shipping charges and may apply to orders regardless of their shipping cost. Users can view the details of the charges by clicking on the tooltip available on the cart/checkout page.
• Please be aware that convenience charges are non-refundable in case of product returns or order cancellations.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Delivery times may vary during the COVID-19 outbreak due to government guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time.
• For areas served by reputed couriers, you can expect delivery within 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• Orders with items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a few extra days to reach their destination.
• In other areas, products will be shipped via Indian Postal Service, with delivery times ranging from 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
• Please note that the delivery date displayed during the order placement is tentative and may change once the order is shipped. An Estimated Delivery Date will be available in the 'Order Details' under 'My Account' post-shipment.

Address Change:

• You can update the delivery address if your order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the items in the order have been shipped.
• Be aware that variations in charges/taxes between the original and updated delivery address may affect whether the address change request is accepted.

Hidden Charges:

• The final price of your order, inclusive of all charges and taxes, will be presented during checkout. No additional payments will be required.

International Locations:

• Currently, we do not offer delivery services to locations outside India.

Tracking Packages:

• We will send you an email with the courier company's name and the tracking number for your shipment. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
• Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear online, so be patient as your package is processed by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery:

• Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
• Including your mobile number in the delivery address can expedite the delivery process.
